Yesterday I registered the software and today I completed my first mission.  I ran STS-1 since I was just getting started and I am very proud to say that despite trouble during some practice last night I was able to land on my first attempt!

STS-26 complete!  Lining up the landing is still a bit of an issue for me...but I'm getting much better!

STS-47 Complete...Free-float to the space lab took a couple of tries but once I figured out how it was supposed to work, it worked fine.  Night landing created some nerves but I got it on the first try!  Really looking forward to future EVAs after this first taste!

The loss of a 16 year old family cat kept me sidelined for several days but tonight I was able to get back in the CDR's seat and complete STS-93.  The night landing after some time off was rough and the Shuttle stopped a mere few feet from the end of the runway...but it stopped safely and I got my patch!  Tomorrow I'll knock off the rest of rust and complete my final single star mission...

If it lived to be 16 that was one helluva lucky and pampered cat and family member!

Just finished STS-41C! Played all the way through on hard, nice feeling. Mission went well except for having to play around with getting the Solar Max with the MMU. Also had a bit of trouble getting the solar max to stay still for grappling, but some fine adjustments and quick RMS work fixed that. Finished it up with a nice night landing at Edwards!  :)

Think I'll do a one star next, maybe STS-26
