Hello,

I'm not really sure where to put this, but I have lost my serial-numbers (due to HD crash).
It states in the Quick Start Manual, that it's possible to obtain this through an Off-Line Fee? (Or have I misunderstood something?).

If so, how do I do that? I of course have my full name, email-address etc...
