Hi all,

My name is Fred and I'm currently 53 years old.... well 54 tomorrow.  Purchased the SSM not long ago and now have updated to the latest version.  Looking forward to starting the missions and challenges ahead.  I too am an Aussie and live in Adelaide South Austalia so I look forward to checking out the globe from another perspective  ;D
Yours in Space,

Fred

You can try the "Ground School" and the "Help, Hints & Tips" sections on this forum..

Also, there is plenty of info on the Wiki site (Tutorials and Media section) - http://wiki.ssm-fans.info/

Here's another site that can provide help too: http://portal.ssm-fans.info/index.php/blog

G'day JLM,  for crocs one would have to travel to the Northern Territory (a 3 to 4 hour flight) where they roam around freely but for the 'Roos, about 1 hour from home and there are plenty to see.

Fred

.....and of course, you can do a forum search here and if nothing is found on the subject, by all means feel free to post your question (in the appropriate board of course ;))

Hi everyone! After some doubt I made the step and bought myself a copy. Already completed the first mission without too many problems, looking forward to the real work.

I'm Jason, born and raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. 18 years of age and studying Aerospace Engineering. I'm not quite sure what I wan't to do after I finish my study, but becoming an astronaut crosses my mind now and then.. though I think the chance is little. But for now, this is the closest I can get.

Might be a bit late, but I want to wish everyone the best for 2010, the last year of the shuttle. I'll keep you updated on my progress!  ;D
Completed: STS-1,8, 88, 96, 98, 100, Ares 1X

Hi Jason,

Welcome to the SSM2007 world. Although 2010 may well be the last year of the (real) Shuttle, at this end we're commited to keeping it alive for many years after the last Shuttle makes the last flight to the ISS.
