In the X Y Z axis's they work wonderfully, start to Pitch Roll and Yaw, they get a bit tetchy :) However, another plus side is that there will be scrambled eggs every morning for the crew :)

That's probably how Holly from Red Dwarf does navigation along with the I-Spy book of stars. Very funny.
